Technical Assistance:
Annual staff training will be reviewed at the next licensing inspection.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today A total of 11 children (22pts) with Provider and 1 Assistant present this date. When the Inspector arrived, the children were actively engaged with building blocks, train table kitchen play and individual activities such as working in their letter workbook, writing the letter "H". Staff were observed assisting children with completing their "Little Red Hen" booklets. Clean up was observed and the children transitioned to carpet time where they reviewed the days of the week, today's weather and a sing along dinosaur song that included some gross motor activity. One identified food allergy with one medication. A total of 5 children's records and all staff records were reviewed. The programming area was decorated with seasonal decorations that all age groups made. A harvest bulletin board included bats, and indian corn artwork that the children completed. Hand washing procedures observed to prepare for afternoon snack. This inspection began at approximately 12:56pm and ended at 2:15pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
