Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 7:00am and 8:20am. Children started arriving shortly after the beginning of the inspection. 4 children (13pts) were present with the Provider for the first 40 minutes until 2 other caregivers arrived. Ratios remained in compliance throughout the inspection. The physical space, caregiver/household member records, 3 children's records, evacuation drills, attendance records, cribs, the Emergency Preparedness Plan and required documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed arriving, eating breakfast (cheerios/milk), engaged in dramatic play, playing with age appropriate materials and interacting with the caregivers.
