Technical Assistance:
During inspection provider inquired about authorization to provide medication and was informed that in order provide medication a MAT certification must be current and active.

Comments:
An announced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:15pm-3:00pm in respose to the provider moving to a new residence. There were no children present. The home, 2 staff records, 1 child?s record, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on review of child records it was determined that all required information was not maintained.

Evidence: During inspection child 1 file was missing: Child start date and name and policy number for medical insurance.

Plan of Correction: I will get the the updated information from the parent
