Licensing inspector discussed children's records, and emergency contact for the provider with the provider.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:30 am - 12:50 pm. There were 7 children (14 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record and 3 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed engaging with a visiting parent, signing, dancing, washing hands, and eating lunch.The children went on a field trip to the Burke Nursery today. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each household member a current report of tuberculosis screening form every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence:
1. The tuberculosis screening of Caregiver A was last completed 08/03/2017.
2. The tuberculosis screening of Household Member A was last completed 08/05/2017.
3. The tuberculosis screening of Household Member B was last completed 08/14/2017.Plan of Correction: These will be completed by this weekend.
