Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:00 a.m. -11:45 a.m. in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. Nine children's records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training. There are reportedly no children in the home with diagnosed food allergies.
