Consultation provided on the freezer thermometer, the fire extinguisher and insurance policy numbers for the children and training requirements for assistants ( orientation and annual).

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with five napping children ( 22 months to 4 years of age) for a total of 11 points. No child had medication on site and there have been no injury/accidents documented. For lunch, the children were provided chicken nuggets, green beans, macaroni and cheese, mandarin oranges and milk. Five children and three household member's files were reviewed today.The provider has recently completed her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
