Subsidy 3.0 hour training update is required by 3/1/2020.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/24/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Reviewed physical space, records for caregivers and children, trainings, emergency preparation and nutrition. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
