An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 10:20 -11:30 am with the provider. A monitoring inspection was also conducted (see that report for details.) No children have diagnosed food allergies and there was no medication to review. The last lock down drill was conducted: 12/18/18. The provider has current certification in CPR/First Aid and has completed the Virginia Preservice Training.
