Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-11:45am. There were 4 children (14 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, walking back to the house after playing in the backyard, doing puzzles and drinking milk. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. There were no violations cited during today's inspection.
