An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 6 children present (11 points) with one caregiver. 6 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing items. Children were observed playing washing hands, eating lunch and resting quietly during today's inspection.
First aid supplies, emergency supplies, bathroom supplies are all in compliance.
