Technical Assistance:
Pillows and filled comforters shall not be used by children under two years of age while sleeping or resting including quilts, sheepskins or stuffed toys ( standard 340I).

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with two children, 19 months and 3 years of age. The toddler napped during the inspection, however the three year old was watching tv and then was served lunch, which consisted of black eye pea stew over rice, corn and strawberries. Six children and the assistant's files were reviewed today. The provider completed First Aid and CPR certification through American Red Cross on 7/31/19 and its due to expire 7/31/21. There were no medications on site for any of the children and there have been no injuries/accidents. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
