An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 12:05pm and 1:05pm. 11 children (27pts) were present with 3 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The Provider was in a training class and not present during the inspection. Substitute/caregiver/household member records, 5 children's records, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills, menu and required posted documents were reviewed. The Substitute log was also reviewed. No medications were on site. Older children were observed going down for nap. Younger children were observed playing with the caregivers using developmentally appropriate materials. They had just woken up from a nap. Interactions were positive.
