A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11.19.19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector arrived around 8:30 am and departed at 11 am to conduct a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection. At the time of the tour there were 4 children in care, totaling 9 points with 1 caregiver staff present. A sample of 4 children's records and 6 caregiver/household records were reviewed. Children were observed watching television, listening to music and playing games.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
