Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, November 19, 2019. The on-site inspection was conducted from 1:35 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. On this date, there were 12 children in the care of the provider and two assistants for 34 points. There were a total of 22 children enrolled in the program. There were five children's records reviewed. The records of the provider, a household member and two assistants were reviewed. Three caregivers were interviewed. There were no medications being administered at the time of the inspection, which is the policy of the provider. All interactions between the caregivers and the children were age-appropriate and positive. Some items reviewed and observed were: nap time, infant feeding, diaper changing procedures, afternoon snack, free play, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills, warm water temperature, daily attendance record, and required posted information.
