Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/20/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 children (24 points) with the provider and one caregiver present. A sample of children's files and caregiver/household member's files were reviewed. The children were observed identifying colors, playing with playdoh, and engaging in imaginative play. Hand-washing and lunchtime was also observed. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
