An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on November 22, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date (see separate report for details). Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were four children present ranging in age from 11 months to 2 years. Provider renewed certification in first aid and CPR in 6/2019. When there are children with diagnosed food allergies enrolled, they must have an Allergy Action Plan completed by the physician. The last lockdown drill was conducted 6/6/2019.
