An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 10:10 AM and departed at 11:45 AM. Nine children, totaling eighteen points were in care with two caregivers. Activities and lunch service were observed. The children were served scrambled eggs, green beans, cantaloupe and whole grain bread with milk. Four caregiver/household records and a sample size of five children's records were reviewed. It was reported that no medication has been administered to children in care. No children's injuries were reported.
An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to closure of the inspection.
