Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 5 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 3:10-4:15pm. There were 6 children, totaling 14 points, under the supervision of the 2 caregivers. Today, the children woke up from naptime, cleaned up, ate afternoon snack, enjoyed free play and prepared to leave for the day. The interactions between the children and Provider were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served macaroni and cheese, strawberries, blueberries, apple slices and milk. The Provider is not certified in MAT (medication administration training), and there are no children with any medication needs. Should you have any questions, please contact me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov.
