A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/19/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:20pm-2:40pm. There were 3 children (15 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with toys, engaged with the provider and napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
