This was previously cited at the provider's last inspection on 8/5/2019. The provider provided documentation to the inspector that the central registry background checks had been filled out on 8/19/2019.
Plan of Correction: The provider contacted the office of background investigations (OBI) during today's inspection. OBI stated that they send the provider the results on 9/4/2019. The provider will print the results and add them to the household member files.
