Technical Assistance:
It was discussed with the provider that documentation of the ten hour pre-service training must be retained.
Also discussed was the required three hour health and safety update training.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/2/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 0"00 AM and departed at 11:00 AM. Four children were in care with the provider. Two caregiver/household records and four children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
