Comments:
A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 11 children present (30 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed having circle time, playing outside on the playground, washing hands, having snack (bananas, oatmeal, applesauce and water), playing with musical instruments and singing songs. Reviewed 2 children's files, 3 caregiver files, 2 resident files, emergency plan, emergency evacuation log, attendance, menus, first aid supplies and physical plant. Description: Based on observation, all emergency supplies were not available.
Evidence:
One triangle bandage was missing from the first aid kit.
