An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted between approximately 9:10am and 10:20am. 10 children (28pts) were present with 2 caregivers. The physical space, 4 cribs, 3 children's records, caregiver/household member records, attendance, evacuation drills and a medication were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Children were observed playing with age appropriate materials, cleaning up, washing hands, eating snack (toast/cut grapes) and preparing to go outside.
