An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00pm-3:30pm. There were 10 children to include 1 live in child directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed napping and reading quietly. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-A Description: Based on review of Child records it was determined that all required information was not maintained.
During inspection Child 1 and Child 2 were missing Name and policy number of the child's medical insurance.Plan of Correction: I will contact the parents to get the information.
