Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/10/19 from 4:00pm until 5:10pm. At the time of entrance there were 5 children in care, ages 8 years to 12 years, for a total of 4 points, with the provider and 1 assistant. A sample of 5 children's records and 2 provider/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed eating snack, completing homework, reading and drawing. Parent pick-up procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and required family day home postings were reviewed. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
