An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Due to computer issues the report will be typed and emailed or mailed to the provider. There are 6 children present (17 points) with 2 caregivers.4 Children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Emergency supplies, first aid kit and emergency evacuation drills are all in compliance.
