An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/16/2019 from 11:15 am - 1:15 pm. At the time of entrance there were eight children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 22 points. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this is a licensed family day home. Children were observed playing with toys in the play room and dancing to a music cartoon.
Records were reviewed for the provider, assistant and five children.
