A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am to 11:10 am. There were 5 children present (10 points) with 1 caregiver. Children were observed playing with dolls, pretending to make breakfast, washing hands, dressed in superhero costumes, and playing the match game. Reviewed 5 children's files, 1 caregiver file and 3 resident files, attendance, menus, emergency evacuation plan, drill log, first aid kit and physical plant. No emergency medications were on site.
