Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from approximately 11:25 AM until 2:30 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 10 non-resident children in attendance being cared for by two caregivers. Based on the children?s ages there was a total of 25 points. The children were observed playing with toys, watching children?s programs on T.V., singing songs, infants being held, rocked and fed, taking bathroom breaks and washing hands. Six children?s records, two caregivers? records, and one household member?s records were reviewed during the inspection. There is one household pet and necessary documentation was reviewed and found to be in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.

If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector at (804) 662-9772.
