Discussed expired medications, and topical ointments.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:20pm-2:15pm. There were 7 children (18 points) supervised by 2 direct care staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Medications were also reviewed today. Children were observed napping. There was a sufficient amount of books, toys, and materials, which were found to be developmentally appropriate for the children in care at the time of inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
