An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 12:45 p.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ages three years, six years and six years totaling four points and two resident children present for a total of five points. Children were observed watching an age appropriate television program. After t.v. time, children washed hands and completed a baking project with the provider. Childcare areas were observed.
Three children's records and two caregiver records were reviewed. Emergency drills are up to date. The weekly menu is posted.
