Technical Assistance:

Licensing inspector discussed the correct posting of violation notice and inspection summary.

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2pm-3:20pm. There were 9 children (24 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. A sample of 5 children?s records, 3 caregivers records and 4 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, playing with caregivers, and getting ready for snack. The facility will close beginning 12/23/2019. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
