Licensing inspector discussed requirements for closing the facility with provider after initial attempt on 12/23/2019.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:50pm-3:45pm. There were no children in care. A sample of 2 children?s and 2 staff records were reviewed. The facility is getting the kitchen remodeled and is closed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Evidence:
The shelter-in-place procedure was practiced once in 2018.Plan of Correction: We are current with all emergency drill procedures for 2019.
