An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 1:00 - 2:30 pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that report for details). The emergency escape drill log was reviewed. There were no children with food-related allergies and no medications to review. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-3 Description: Based on review of the emergency drill log, the provider failed to conduct an annual lockdown drill as required. Evidence: There were no documented lockdown drills in 2018 or 2019. Plan of Correction: I will conduct a lockdown drill and document it on the emergency drill log.
