Discussion of current zoning process to potential increase capacity from 7 to 12 children. Walk-through of bottom and main level was conducted and evaluated space for potential increase in the licensed capacity.
- Comments:

An unannounced modification inspection was completed on January 9, 2020, from 10:40 am to 11:25 am. The physical plant was inspected. No new enrolled children or staff. Provider received approval from Fairfax County Zoning Division for a maximum capacity of 12 children. Inspector evaluated space designated for use of operation, an increase in licensed capacity from 7 children to 12 will be reviewed. There were 6 children, totaling 14 points, under the supervision of the provider. During the inspection, children were observed in free play with toys on the floor. The interactions between the children and provider were seen to be positive and constructive in nature.
No violations were observed during the inspection.
