An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 8:45 am through 9:45. There were a total of 8 children (25 points) observed with 2 caregivers. A total of children's files and 1 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, blocks, cars and trucks, and tummy time.
