Sixteen children were enrolled and five children were in the care of two caregivers, on this date. Five children?s records and four caregiver records were reviewed. Diapering procedures, hand washing, free play, singing, evacuation drills, snack, daily schedule, and transitions were observed during this visit. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
