: A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on (insert date) to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Due to computer issues the report cannot be typed on site today. The report will be typed and mailed or emailed to you. There are 3 children present today (6 points) with 2 caregivers. 3 adult and 3 children's records were reviewed today. All were in compliance. Children were resting during today's inspection. Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, fridge/freezer temperature, attendance sheets are all in compliance. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
