An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. There were 8 children (24 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, being bottle fed, doing puzzles, eating lunch, and transitioning into naptime. Diapering procedures were also observed. Today's lunch consisted of chicken nuggets, potatoes, salad, mixed fruits, and milk. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Evidence:
Staff#1, #2 and #3 have only completed a total of 11 hours of the 16 hours of annual training required.Plan of Correction: We will complete the missing hours by the end of the month.
