Technical assistance was offered regarding background checks.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:25 am to 11:35 am. There were 12 children (28 points) in direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. The children were engaged in small group activities using home living toys, dot to dot paint, colored pegs, and a doctor's toy set. The children were also observed washing hands before lunch. The lunch menu included turkey, toast, broccoli, banana and milk. 5 children's records, 2 caregiver records and 1 pet record was reviewed. There were no medications on site. The emergency drill records were current. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
