Attendance must include both arrival and departure times for children in care each day. Annual training update for all caregivers is to be completed by 3/01/2020. Please see the link in the Notice section for FDH's on the VA DSS web site to access the required training.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on12/06/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Obserrved children in care transitioning from rest time, infant care, emergency preparation, trainings and records. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
