An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Eight children were present (26 points) with two caregivers which is within points for supervision. The provider was on vacation and two assistants were operating the daycare during her absence. No medication was reported to be on-site during the inspection. Observed children transitioning form an afternoon nap, preparation for PM snack of apples and crackers, free play and interactions with caregivers. Reviewed a sample of children's records, staff trainings, physical space, nutrition and care of children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
