Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, January 23, 2020 between 9:30 am until 11:30 am. During the inspection, there were observation of eight children in care totaling 19 points with two caregiver present. The licensing inspector reviewed the designated children care areas, bathrooms, kitchen area, and emergency supplies at the family day home to determine compliance with licensing standards. During the inspection, the licensing inspector completed observations of the children completing a variety of activities to include eating snack, engaged in active play on age appropriate equipment, completing bathroom break, dancing to interactive music, working on water painting activity, and participating in identifying colors and various letters. There were four children's, one caregiver's, two assistant caregiver's/volunteer's, and one household member's records reviewed during this inspection.
