Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 3:00pm; there were 10 children with 1 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was also conducted between 9:30am-11:00am; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Description: Based on review of emergency procedures, a lock down drill is not being practiced annually.
Evidence:
There is no documentation of a lock down drill for 2019.

Plan of Correction: I will do a lock down drill once a year.
