Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 10:30am and 11:40am. 4 children (8pts) were present with 1 caregiver. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, 3 children's records, household member records, evacuation drills and attendance records were reviewed. The caregiver completed required annual training hours. No medications were on site. The program is currently only open in the mornings (8:00am to 12:30pm); lunch and naps are not required. The menu was posted for morning snacks. Children were observed playing with age appropriate materials and activities. Interactions between the caregiver and children were positive.
