An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 10:10am-11:45am. There were no children in care. The Provider's record and one household member's record were reviewed. The first aid kit, emergency materials, emergency plan, the daycare space, and the home were inspected. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children. The home is currently under renovation upstairs, however the daycare space is not affected. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. If you have any questions, please contact me at shahana.green@dss.virginia.gov . Thank you.
