An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately 11:00 am to 12:45 pm. There were 1o children, totaling (31 points), directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 household records, 5 children?s records, children's nutrition, supplies, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The children were engaged in toy play, bathroom break, fun with play-doh. Preparing for lunch, and group center reading. No medications were on-site today. Diapering changing and hand washing was observed during the inspection. There were age appropriate materials for all children. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
