Technical Assistance:
Reminder: Follow up training (3 hours) for subsidy providers and all assistants must be completed by March 2020.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted between approximately 8:50am and 10:10am. 9 children (26pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, diaper changing area, caregiver/household member records, 4 children's records, attendance, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site and there have been no recent injuries. Infant bottles were labeled and in compliance. Children were observed climbing on tumbling mats, working on projects, engaged in age appropriate activities and interacting with the caregivers. No violations were cited today.
