Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/31/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 4 children (13pts) were present with 1 caregiver. Today?s inspect was conducted from approximately 11:00am to 12:20pm. The physical space, attendance records, handwashing/diapering procedures, food service area, emergency supplies and drills, children's records and caregiver records were reviewed. Ratios were in compliance. Required documents were posted. Hazardous substances were discussed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
