A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today between 9:15 am and 12:45 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 8 children (20 points) with 2 caregivers. Three of the children reside in the home. The children were observed hand washing, eating snack, playing with floor toys and watching a video.
The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
